本次上课的内容是六上Unit 3 A Let’s talk，主题是My weekend plan。除了组内开课，似乎有段时间没有上公开课了。小长假过后，开始为期两天的备课之路。不能说时间充分，但也尽自己所能磨了一堂课出来。虽说有许多需要改进的地方，但每个环节都无比珍视。课后汪老师进行了细致的评课，赶紧拿好小本子记下来。
一、学会“偷懒”，解放自己
一般课前几分钟，我都会进行抽背、听写或唱英文歌曲等，其实严格意义上说这些算不上合理的“duty report”。之前在其他学校听课时，每节课前几分钟都有学生进行duty report，或自我介绍，或发表演讲，或free talk，或演唱歌曲，都十分出彩。大概这就是老师们把机会和时间留给学生，解放自己了吧。
除了duty report，上课时也要把更多的时间和机会留给学生进行思考。比如带着问题听录音或看视频之前，可以请学生读一读题目。特别是一开始，很多同学还没有翻开书本，还没有做好情绪上的准备，这个时候进行训练，效果也不佳。倒不如按下暂停键，请学生读一读题目，安静地猜测一下可能会出现的`内容，才能达到事半功倍的效果。
二、学会“放手”，相信学生
备课时一直在预设学生的回答会有哪些，总是担心他们无法很好地输出。因此在第二个拓展活动时，提供了很多possible phrases供他们选择使用，结果导致整个屏幕充斥着密密麻麻的单词。大概好多学生看到这样的画面，思考和发言的欲望就降低了很多了吧。其实从孩子的角度看，更能接受图片等信息，何不放一些有趣可爱的图片代表这些活动呢?在新授环节要提供相应的框架，但在输出阶段是该由“扶”到“放”啦!
另外还有一些方面需要改进。
1.学生需要学会在真实情景中合理运用目标语言。本节课中，进行拓展时，目标语言be going to几乎没有涉及到。自以为会“加分”的项目，结果却偏离了主题。
2.对教材插图的充分利用。课文插图气泡中有两张电影票，其实这是很好的素材，可以引导学生猜一猜What is Mike going to say?以此来更好地衔接课文内容。
3.引导学生进行简单的摘记。最后的拓展环节中，一组同学做好pair work，有意识地请其他同学回答：What is he/she going to do this Saturday afternoon/...?因这组同学对话的内容比较多，连我都需要非常认真听才比较吃力地回忆起来具体的周末活动。果然孩子们大多回答不上来。这时候如果孩子们进行简单地摘记，回答效果一定会大大增加。因此接下去得有意识地指导学生摘笔记。
4.其次，板书设计、课件制作等细节方面也有需要修改的地方。

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough trees before that day . On that day , we didn't had classes . The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our school.
We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.
Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.
