通览课文，大量做题
(1)通览课文提出要点攻破难点。课文是教材的中心，是语音、词汇、语法知识、听说读写活动和培养听说读写能力的综合材料，是复习的主要依据。当然在复习课文时采用多种复习方法是非常必要的。为了进一步提高学生学英语的兴趣，收到一定的效果。复习课文时要着眼于找基础，抓基本功训练，要注意在口头练习的同时又要落实到笔头练习。对有些课文又可以进行改写或缩写。对英语的习惯表达法及其与汉语不同的特点，在复习中要反复强调。

一、单词复习
1.词不离句，句个离丈，困扰高三学生学习的首要问题是单词不过关。许多学生盲目孤立地去死记单词，十遍、二十遍地去写、去背，但效果并不好。应指导学生结合课文去记单词。短语和句型，并通过阅读，在理解的基础上记亿，在记忆的基础上应用。
2.归纳总结，举一反三。英语单词的拼写是有规律的。复习中帮助学生总结归纳这些规律，规则，就可达到举一反三、事半功倍的效果。如英语单词中有许多前缀和后缀，它们与一些词根搭配，构成了与词根意思相关的另一词。

语法项目分散在初、高中各册课本中，应加以整理，分类分块，使之系统化，条理化。
如，可就部分非谓语动词在句中作宾语的情况迸行归纳：

三、课文复习课文集语音、词汇。
语法于一体，是英语知识的综合体现，复习课文要抓住共性，搞体裁分类，进行综合复习。课义中常见的体裁有小说节眩短剧、量话、人物传记、科普文章等。根据体裁分别归类复习，并要求学生将部分课文复述出来或者缩写为短文，并精选一定课外练习作补充。
四、模拟高考试题进行复习
1.语言辨音题，按照单词音素的共同规律，逐条归纳出主要元首音素和辅童音素的用法。主要有以下几方面：元音、元音组合、辅音、辅音组合、常见组合、哑音、附加词尾，派生词和转换词中部分元音字母。
2.语法、惯用法单项选择，练习该题应注重以下几人面。(1)名词a数与格的搭配名向做定语c组搭配);(3)冠词;(4)代词(a，人称代词b.物主代词c.名词性物主代词)：(5)时态语态在交际英语中的运用;(6)情态动词;(7)日常用语;{8)对词义的确切理解;(9)非谓语动词(a.不定式b动名词c.分词)：(10)主谓一致;(11)形容词、副词的比较级、最高级;(12)句型与语序;(13)知识在语境中的应用;(14)各种从句。
3.完形填空，做该题要求学生快速阅读，全间接受文章信息，分析文章结构，理解主题思想与吝层次之间的逻辑关系，利用已知信息和阅读语感，合理推导、准确判断，抓住句中一些关键词，注重上、下文之间的联系。对于一些固定搭配和常识要掌握准确。

7.书面表达。该题为学生的一个薄弱环节。在乎时的训练中，应从造句形式人手，逐步过渡到短文写作。尽量选择一些突出交际性、实用性的体裁，如：说明文、信件、通知、假条、图表、看图作文、人物履历、生平介绍、改写缩写文章。做题时提醒学生注意单词拼写正确，动词不遗漏，时态不紊乱，人称、数、格搭配一致，字数要够，书写不潦草，卷面整洁。

（三）依托合适平台，引领优秀教师专业发展。

1．坚持传统，关注教育教学常规、常态。
（1）认真执行上级主管部门和学校的规定，根据学校计划，制定教研组备课组研修活动计划，个人教学计划，期末按时完成教学工作总结。
（2）集体备课。
组织全组教师深入钻研教材，认真执行集体备课制度，并长期坚持落实。重视备课组之间交流学习，互通信息，取长补短，共同提高。不断提高教师的业务水平和教学能力。集体备课形式：一、期初重点以整体梳理教材为主，对整册教材进行单元分工，具体内容是分析单元的重点和难点，教法学法等。二、日常教学的集体备课。由备课组长负责，每两周一次集体备课，对每次的活动组长都应作好相应的记录。
（3）教案的编写。

工作室成员根据个人的实际情况，科学地制定出本人的3年发展规划，明确今后自己专业发展的目标和步骤。关于工作室的发展，我们将从四个“坚持”为总发展策略：
1、坚持终身学习——实现提升教学理论与师德修养目标
坚持参与校本研修活动，阅读书籍，并撰写读书笔记与心得。并且，力争养成写作的习惯，把感悟、经验、教学案例进行及时的记录与整理，撰写高质量的教学反思与教学叙事等，争取在核心期刊发表文章。

进行课题研究是提高教科研能力的主要途径，工作室成员必须在搞好自身主持或参与的现有科研课题研究之外，以工作室申报的课题研究为中心，做好负责的课题研究工作，并带动每位成员所在学校英语教师积极参与，发挥优秀教学能手的辐射作用。中心课题的研究将采取个体研究与集体研究结合、分散研究与集中研究结合、现场研究与网络互动结合、理念研究与实践研究结合的方法，让理论研究为实践研究引路，实践研究为理论研究铺垫。
四、组织成员开展公开课，并进行专题研讨。

暑假高中英语学习计划
一、合理安排生活学习，制定假期的作息计划
在暑假里保持规律有序的作息能够帮助同学们在张弛有度的生活中调节身心，并获得充分的兴趣发展和学业进步的时间和空间。在制定计划的过程中，一定要注意结合自身特点，在时间和内容的安排上考虑可行性和时效的长久性。例如，在学习时间的安排上不宜过于紧凑，应留有一定的余量。而在学习内容的安排上也要考虑可操作性、不宜过多，以便同学们能长期坚持按计划作息，不会觉得这份计划难以执行，或只进行了一两天，就不能再坚持了。同时，在制定计划时，还应该把假期返校、社区活动、走亲访友，或培养发展自己兴趣特长所必需的时间因素事先考虑在内。
二、仔细分析学习现状，明确自己的提升空间
假期是供同学们对自己的学习现状适时地回顾小结、查漏补缺、突破学习“瓶颈”的绝好时机。就英语学习而言，有的同学觉得自己的词汇量不足，那么在暑假这么长的时间里，如果每天能做到根据单词的发音记忆一定量的生词，例如每天记十个单词，并且不断地以新带旧、积少成多、循序渐进，在一个暑假结束的时候，词汇的`累计也可以达到600个，这是非常可观的一个数字。又如，有的同学认为自己的阅读理解和完形填空能力较弱，那么在暑假里也可以有所针对地进行一些相关阅读和练习训练。阅读内容可以选择适合自己英语水平或所处年级水平的任何英文版的书刊读物，而练习的量也可以采用每天两到四篇，逐天积累，实现由量变到质变突破的方法。再如，有的同学觉得自己的发音或听力方面尚有不足，那么，暑假又为同学们在家里跟读磁带，收听、收看英语广播和新闻提供了平时不具备的一些时空条件。如果有的同学认为自己还达不到活学活用、触类旁通的境界，那么暑假也为同学们增加练习、进修培训、拓宽视野提供了时间与空间的保障和可能。
三、认真梳理知识内容，开展有效的复习预习
暑假还给了同学们一个温故知新的好机会。在认真、独立、按时地完成假期作业的过程中，同学们可以复习和思考已学过的知识内容，并应争取将它们串连起来，构筑成相应的知识体系，以便能够清楚地了解知识之间的联系和区别。如，整理一词多义、一词多性；形近词、近义词；句型、句法等知识内容。同时，对于学有余力的同学而言，暑假还是一个为新学期奠定基础的准备阶段。在此阶段，除了完成作业、复习和巩固已学过的知识内容之外，还可以安排时间预先了解和学习新学期即将要学的新的知识内容。例如，在英语学习中将要系统学习的被动语态、宾语从句和不定式结构等等，以及需要有所了解的定语从句等方面的知识。
四、查缺补漏突破瓶颈！
1、勤练听力。听力占据整个英语试卷分值的五分之一，而听力是英语各个题型中提高最快的。我们下学期的听力材料大家可以带回去。地道的语音材料尤其有效。学生可以跟着磁带一起读。既训练了听力又训练了口语。我们不是有很多同学报了3月份的口语考试吗？开学没多久就要考试了。到开学也没多少时间练习。所以假期是备战口语考试的时机，也是最后时机。听力材料则是备战口语考试的素材。而英语基础弱的同学可以看着听力原文边听边理解边读。对于在学校没有统一播放过的几套试题，大家可以先听，但将答案写在草稿纸上自我检测，以免影响下次到校后统一播放时做题的效果。另外，可以选择用能飞英语学习软件来辅助练习听力和口语，效果更明显。如果你能坚持每天听懂一套英语听力试题。我相信，不仅你的英语听力，你的整个英语水平都是质的飞跃。
