第一节英文书信的结构
英文书信一般由以下六部分组成：信头、信内地址、称呼、正文、结尾、签名。
1.信头（Heading）
信头是指发信人的地址和日期，通常写在第一页的右上角。行首可以齐头写，也可以逐行缩进写。地址的书写顺序由小到大：门牌号、街道、城市、省（州）、邮编、国名，最后写发信日期。私人信件一般只写寄信日期即可。例如：

2.信内地址（Inside Address）

称呼是对收信人的`称谓，应与左边线对齐，写在收信人姓名、地址下面1—2行处。在称呼后，英国人常用逗号，美国人则常用冒号。在私人信件中可直呼收信人的名字，但公务信件中一定要写收信人的姓。大部分信件在称呼前加“Dear”。如：

4.正文（Body of Letter）
正文是书信的主体。与中文信件不同的是，英文书信的正文的开头不是先写一些问候语，再阐明写信的目的，而是直接说明写信人的身份及写信的目的，然后提出写信人的情况、想法或要求，并加以必要的解释或说明。英文书信陈述目的时，应该直截了当，意思明确，层次清楚，言简意赅。
书信正文的第一句话或第一段，通常被称为起首语。一般说来，人们习惯用一些客套的写法作为书信正文的起始，即先将对方来信的日期、主题加以简单描述，以便使对方一看便知该信是回答哪一封信的。如果是第一次给别人写信，也可用开头语作必要的自我介绍，并表明自己写信的主要目的。
5.结尾礼词（Complimentary Close）
公务信件的结尾礼词包含两部分：发信人的结尾套语与署名。结
尾套语写在签名上面一行，第一个字母要大写，套语结尾后面要加逗号。在公务信件中，发信人常用的结尾套语有：
Yours truly，Yours sincerely，Respectfully yours，Cordially yours，Yours cordially等。
私人信件中，发信人常用的结尾套语有：
Sincerely yours，Lovely yours，Your lovely，Your loving son/daughter等。
6. 签名（Signature）
写信人的签名常位于结尾礼词正下方一二行。除非是给很熟悉的人写信，签名一般须写出全名。签名常常较潦草，不易辨认，因此在签名的正下方须打印出全名。

1990年到20xx年1月之间的四级考试作文题中，书信作文共出现两次（20xx年6月和20xx年1月）。下面，我们先来看看20xx年6月四级考试的作文题：

书信类英语作文的格式
1、信头（heading）
指发信人的姓名（单位名称）、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。
英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名；第二行写县、市、盛州、邮编、国名；然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。
日期的写法，如7月30日，英文为：july 30，（最为普遍）；july 30th，1997；30th july，1997等。1997不可写成97。
2、信内地址（inside address）
在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的'要求一样，不必再写日期。例如：
3、称呼（salutation）
是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号（英国式），也可以用冒号（美国式）。
（1）写给亲人、亲戚和关系密切的朋友时，用dear或my dear再加上表示亲属关系的称呼或直称其名（这里指名字，不是姓氏）。例如：my dear father，dear tom等。
（2）写给公务上的信函用dear madam，dear sir或gentleman（gentlemen）。注意：dear纯属公务上往来的客气形式。gentlemen总是以复数形式出现，前不加dear，是dear sir的复数形式。
（3）写给收信人的信，也可用头衔、职位、职称、学位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如：dear prof. tim scales, dear dr.john smith。
4、正文（body of the letter）
位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello！（你好！）
正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。
但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。
5、结束语（complimentary close）
在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。
（1）写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等；
（2）写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等；
（3）写业务信函用truely yours（yours truely），faithfully yours（yours faithfully）等；
（4）对上级、长辈用yours obediently（obediently yours），yours respectfully（respectfully yours）等。
6、签名（signature）
低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。
7、附言（postscript）
一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。
注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。
8、附件（enclosure）
信件如果有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos（内附两张照片）。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。
我们有时可看到在称呼与正文之间有re：或subject：（事由）字样。一般在信纸的中间，也可与“称呼”对齐。还应在底下加横线，以引起读信人的注意，使收信人便于在读信之前就可了解信中的主要内容。事由一般在公务信函中使用，也可以省略。
中考英语作文指导：书信类
书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。
1、信封的写法。
英语信封正面的左上角，写发信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一点，写收信人的地址和姓名。
英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。
寄信人只写姓名，不写头衔。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上头衔，以示礼貌和尊敬。对于没有官衔和学衔的人士，通常在姓名前写上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。
信封的写法，一般来说，很少出现在中考英语的作文中。
2、内容。
英文信一般可以分为下列几个部分。
1)信端(Heading)即写信人的地址和发信日期。
2)收信人姓名地址
3)称呼
4)信的正文
5)结束语
6)签名
有的时候，出题者会让考生写e-mail。e-mail的写法和书信的写法基本一致。只不过少了书信在信封上的`繁琐。
根据中文大意，写出意思连贯、符合逻辑、不少于50词的短文。

想起这件事，我就羞愧
有些事，对人倾吐是很愉快的;然而有些事，向别人诉说自己都不好意思。我也有这样的秘密，只要一想起它，我就羞愧万分。
那是一个下午，阳光暖暖地照耀着大地。我一路哼着小曲儿，书包也发出欢快的声音。经过小卖部，往里面瞟一眼，我刚要向前走，一拍脑门!呀!差点又忘买作业本了。于是，我停下脚步，在凌乱的书包里找〞毛爷爷〞。钱被揉得皱皱的，我一共有15元，分别是一张十元和一张五元。我好像拿出了一张五元。挑好本子，我就朝柜台走去付钱。这里的店主是前不久刚搬来的，50岁左右。大概上了年纪了，他做事总是慢吞吞的，完全没有一点精明能干的样子。今天店里的顾客只有两三个，他却有点匆忙，见我递上钱，他看了一眼我手中的本子，说：〞两元。〞就拉开抽屉给我补钱。〞5-2等于3元〞我在心里算着。这时老板拨下一个五元，又拨下一元，两元…咦?不该补这么多吧?那一刹那间，我的心颤动了一下。大约两三秒过后，他便把钱递给了。我好像料到了什么，飞快地接过来数一数，竟然有八元!
我抬头望了一眼，老板他就低着头干别的事了。我欲言又止，一下子想到了许许多多的事，它们像放电影一般从我脑海中迅速的闪过：我想到了老师从小教导我们的〞拾金不昧〞，想到了我从来没有遇到过这样的事，又想到我这个月的零花钱快见底了…我强忍住激动，不知道怎么选择，走也不是，站也不是，最后一一我竟然鬼使神差般的走出了店门!

从秦始皇到今天的历史课，这中间您曾衰败过，也曾辉煌过，你经历了太多风雨，太多风霜。如此饱经风霜的历史经历，足以让中华女儿铭记在心。今天的您，已经成为东方雄狮，在全世界人民的视线中一点点的站起。但是仍有一些地方在过那些艰苦的生活，我知道您已经立志改变自己的中国梦，实现自己的中国梦——自立、自强，让自己的儿女过上幸福的生活!
作为华夏母亲的子女，我也有责任为母亲的中国梦去树立我自己的梦——当一名优秀教师。或许您会觉得我的梦和中国梦没有什么关系，其实是有很大的关系的。“知识是人类文化的桥梁”。只有当一名优秀的教师，到那些贫困的地区免费支教。比如说云南，那里的孩子为了上学，每天要走我们想都不敢想的路程，有些孩子为此不上学，把祖国未来的希望都扑灭了。正是因为如此，让我更加坚定这个梦想，为了华夏母亲的中国梦，为了华夏儿女的明天，我一定要努力去实现我的梦，去拼接中国梦。
有梦就要坚持。虽然实现这个梦很困难，但我相信，每个人都树立自己的梦，每天努力去实现自己的梦，那中国梦一定会实现在不久的将来!
光阴似箭，日月如梭。华夏母亲的中国梦一个一个地实现，这说明我们中华女儿都有梦，让自己的国家变得繁荣富强。我的梦，中国梦。为了我们的祖国，为了我们的明天，今天的我们必须行动起来，为实现我的梦、中国梦打下坚实的基础。作为祖国未来的花朵，我们不能为祖国做什么大事，但是可以好好学习，长大后成为有用的人才。

亲爱的电脑大叔：
你好!这几年非常感谢您。在我孤单的时候给了我陪伴;在我伤心的时候给了我愉悦;在我烦恼的时候给了我轻松;在我绝望的时候给了我力量。你无时无刻不在我身边，让我感到非常温暖。你的身上有着许多奇妙的东西，让我在您身体里探索着。
这不，最近我发现了一件事，自从我在商场里给你选购了一条“锁链”之后，你变了许多。IE浏览器、腾讯QQ、优酷、百度搜索、4399游戏等匆匆从你身上出来，这使我非常开心，因为我又有新的东西可以玩了。
但是，渐渐的有了这些东西，我就再也懒得去写文章了，而是整天趴在你的跟前打游戏。之后，我养成了习惯，每天24小时准时打开您，一玩就是十几个小时，我控制不住自己。慢慢的，我的视力越来越差了，现在已经到了近视的阶级，我在想，为什么呢?
是大叔您给我带来的伤害吗?为了玩电脑，我不顾学习，不顾身体。现在回想起来，我真是傻。
但是呢，电脑大叔，虽然你的身体里有许多有益的知识，也有许多有趣的游戏，还有许多优美的文章。却还是存在着一些“病毒”，例如一些不良网站，你知道吗?这些东西对于我们来说就是极大的伤害。许多人沉迷于其中，对别的东西不管不问。即使你是好的，但你这样做却是极错的。
电脑大叔，我今天就是为了跟你说，不要继续下去了，保护保护那些因网络而丧失理智的人吧。
不止我一个人，也许会有其他人对你产生反感。大叔，你是个好人，我不希望你变成一个坏人。

你好!每当我看到你圆圆的脸，乌黑的头发，大大的嘴巴，转来转去的眼睛闪着狡黠的亮光，我就在想，你是不是又在琢磨什么鬼点子吧?
这不，你又耍起了小聪明：“兄弟，借你的卡我用一下嘛，我没钱吃饭了，下星期一就给你还钱。”我一次又一次地相信了你，可是每到下个星期一，你不是说忘了就是耍赖不还。
你的不守信倒也没什么了，而我真正“佩服”你的是，你有一个“经济专家”的头脑，将来一定可以成为亿万富翁。
那是一节美术课，同学们都动手画起了风筝，而我忘了带铅笔。听着同学们的铅笔在纸上画画的沙沙声，我心慌得不得了。看到不远处的你，想找你借支铅笔用，而你却一点儿面子也不给，脑袋摆得象拨浪鼓。
想起美术老师严厉的样子，我向你央求地说：“借支笔用用吧，借我卡打饭的钱就不要还了。”呵呵，这可是我自个儿说的，我也不后悔了。吃饭的钱可以买很多只铅笔了，一般的人应该会高高兴兴地把笔借给我的，而你，未来的大商人，绝对和一般的人有着不一样的想法，却没有轻易答应我，厚颜无耻地提出了一个附加条件：“下周一再把卡借我一用，我就借给你笔。”呃呃，这不是乘人之危，得尺进寸吗?
还有一次，你说我弄坏了你的玩偶，装出一幅心痛的样子说：“这些玩偶是从国外进口的，你弄坏了三个，一个六块钱，一起是十八块!”而在我看来，这些玩偶绝对值不了那么多钱的。
当我赔了钱给你以后，你马上就双眼放光，露出满脸得意的笑容。看到你的脸由阴转晴，翻脸跟翻书一样快，我知道“大商人”、“表演艺术家”又赚到了一笔爸爸妈妈曾经告诉过我，做人要讲诚信，不要贪图不义之财，不然的话，失去的东西会比得到的东西更多。一个被朋友看穿，贪婪、奸诈、声名狼藉的人还会有人相信他吗?
不过俗话说，“无商不奸”，凭你的聪明劲儿，也许你将来真的是个大商人。
亲爱的妈妈：“世上只有妈妈好，有妈的孩子像个宝······”因为在这世上母爱是最伟大的，所以有了国际三八妇女节，今天就是您的节日。
如果我是一艘小船，您就会是我避风港湾;如果我是一朵白云，您就会是辽阔蓝天;如果我是一条小鱼，您就会是温暖池塘······不管在从前，还是在以后，我相信您都会爱我，宠我，疼我，把我捧在手心里供着。妈妈，不管以前我对您发脾气，惹您生气，我都向你道歉，还请您原谅我，不要生我的气呀!以前您每天啰嗦的嘱咐，让我觉得很烦，可现在想想，才知道您都是为我好。
